Enhancements:

- Session Manager 6.1 enhanced CAC and bandwidth management: Delivers Video Converged CAC by adding a Video CAC feature to Routing‐>Locations and new field descriptions for overall managed bandwidth and pre‐call bandwidth parameters.
- Polycom RMX Dual Connect (SIP/H.323) support as a HD MCU. Provides RMXbased scheduled and meet‐me HD multipoint video conferences that include Polycom HDX and VSX series H.323 endpoints registered on Polycom CMA with Avaya 1000 series endpoints and Avaya one‐X Communicator 6.0 in SIP mode. Support for Polycom HDX and VSX series H.323 endpoints registered on Communications Manager 6.0.1 configured as an Evolution Server. Provides Voice Activated Switching (VAS) or Continuous Presence support.
- Polycom RMX Dual Connect (SIP/H.323) support as a SIP‐H.320 & H.323‐H.320 Gateway (RMX releases 5.0.2 and 7.0.2). Provides support for incoming and outgoing public ISDN video calls. Supported H.320 video endpoints are posted on support.avaya.com.
- Polycom VBP‐E 9.5.1.2 support for video conferencing with H.323 endpoints accessible on the Internet. Provides support for incoming and outgoing H.323 video calls. Supported H.323 video endpoints are posted on support.avaya.com.
- Avaya Virtual Link: Content sharing Windows and MAC applications for transmitting PC content through the Avaya 1010 and 1020 systems to other 1000 series systems. Ability to add a single audio call or audio conferencing bridged call to an active Avaya 1000 series video conference.
- Avaya Video Conferencing Manager 5.1: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard edition with Service Pack 1 (minimum) or Service Pack 2 (recommended) 32‐ or 64‐bit (x86/x64 only) platform support. Avaya Video Conferencing Manager 5.1: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, Standard edition (64‐bit) (x64 only) platform support.
