Steps of update:
1. Please Back up system and personal information and data.
2. Check SW version of your Transformer Trio Pad
3. Download TX201LA Firmware: V3.10.3 Only for ID SKU and Update Image SOP (From”Manual”Item)
4. Suggest to do factory reset default after completion of the image update.
※Firmware update cannot do *SKU conversion
Wrong SKU may cause update failure, You can only update your SW version on the Same SKU
*How to check SW version of your Transformer Trio Pad?
Path: [Settings]--[About tablet]--Build number
Example: You should be able to see the build number JDQ39 WW_epad-V3.x.x-xxxxxxxx, where “WW” means SKU.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
