Please first uninstall an already existing Cinergy TV software over the Control Panel:

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software -> TerraTec Cinergy TV -> Remove.

The driver has not been modified, therefore it must not be updated.

Doubleclick the downloaded exe file. After you have confirmed the info window with "OK", click the "Unzip" button to unpack the installation files on the harddrive.

Now you can install the Software you have downloaded. You will find the installiation file in the directory

C:TerraTecCinergy250USBSoftware 3.72Cinergy 250 USB Software 3.72.exe of the harddrive.
