Issues resolved in Firmware Version 1.17.1 :

- Issue 1352: Multiple OCUR could have same IP address 
In multiple-OCUR configurations using closely related MAC addresses, the DHCP service of the device will generate identical IP addresses. The result is that only one of the multiple devices is available for the viewer.
- Issue 1293: Cached SI table still used when provider changes channel lineup 
After a cable headend modifies its channel lineup, there is a potential transition error case for the device to use a partially out-of-date channel map. This might prevent temporarily the viewer from watching certain channels.
- Issue 1195: No TV signal when tuning twice on the same channel 
Attempting to record a program on the currently-tuned channel causes a No TV Signal and loss of recording on some network configurations. This problem is limited to CableCARDs other than the Motorola S-Card.
- Issue 915: LED shows green with no USB cable attached at power up 
When an OCUR device is brought up without a USB network connection, the OCUR Network LED displays incorrect status. The OCUR device has two front panel LEDs, representing Network and Power states. The Network LED should be red at initial power-up and then green only once the device has connectivity.
