Installation Note:
- If the message, "This program might not have installed correctly" appears during any of the steps below, click "This program installed correctly" and continue with the next step in the instructions below.
How to extract the files:
- Download the self-extracting .EXE zip file from the website to a directory on your hard drive.
- Run the downloaded file to extract the driver files. By default, they are extracted to a subdirectory under c:\drivers.
- After the files are unpacked, the folder containing the extracted setup files should open automatically.
- The setup program (setup.exe) must be run to install the drivers.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
