To install the firmware, do the following:
- Download the file onto your local hard disk.
- Ensure that your SBX 10 is connected to your computer.
- Double-click the downloaded file.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- After the installation of the firmware has completed, unplug and plug in your device to the USB port.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
