* When Auto and Manual Duplexing are both enabled, the "HELP" content is identical;
* Previous drivers output LFCR (line feed carriage return) instead of CRLF (carriage return line feed) after PJL commands;
* PCL5c drivers print extra lines;
* Extra blank pages are printed at the end of odd number page jobs;
* Output gets stapled when staple option is not selected (relevant only for HP Color LaserJet products with attached paper handling units)
* SAP templates do not print correctly;
* Various memory leak issues resolved;
* Tray ID's not consistent;
* PCL6 driver issues with Microsoft Word documents with embedded logo;
* Booklet printing does not scale properly and/or is not positioned correctly on the page;
* When printing with the PCL5 driver, the user experiences overlapping characters;

* The end-user can select the Duplex and First Page Out Different option but it doesn't work;
* "DCOM error" occurs when print drivers are istalled on Win23K server;

While this driver roll was initiated primarily to provide VISTA operating support for all current HP LaserJet and HP Color LaserJet printers, we have also included multiple other enhancements which are described below:

1. VISTA Operating System support has been added to ensure that all HP Color LaserJets are compatible with Microsoft's new operating system;
2. IPv6 - Internet Protocol version 6 - support has been added;
3. Cluster Server support for all printer drivers has been added;
4. Secure printing enhancements have been included to ensure pin number are hidden;
5. The following Quicksets will be added to all legacy printers:
1. General Everyday Printing;
2. Factory Defaults;
3. Two-sided (Duplex) printing;
6. Performance has been greatly improved for EMF spooling. Specific collation issues associated with EMF spooling have been resolved;
7. Printing preference options have been expanded;
8. Bi-directional communication over PNP (point and print)
9. environments would be supported in the following scenarios:
1. 32 Bit XP/Windows 2003/Vista server and AMD64 client;
2. 32 Bit XP/Windows 2003/Vista Server and 32 Bit client;
10. Changed the Private Print (store until printed) feature to allow a print job to be stored with or without a PIN.
