Modifications and Bug Fixes

New Features/Enhancement：
(1) Enhanced the naming principle for device description, vlan name and port description to allow space or blank.
(2) Enhanced Voice VLAN featrue to be able to configured as management VLAN via CLI.

Bug Fixed：
(1) Fixed the bug that after deleting modified linklocal address, the default one will not work .
(2) Fixed the bug that OUI in Voice VLAN could be set to an illgal one
(3) Fixed the bug that port statistic feature could not handle value bigger than 2^32.
