Fixes:
- Fixed problem - SFP port stops after Ethernet port cfg change (RB260 only)
- Change default vlan mode on RB260 to 'optional'
- Fixed problem - SNMP worked even when disabled

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
