Ricoh MP C2011SP Printer Network TWAIN Scanner Driver 5.56.00 64-bit

This is a standard 32 bit TWAIN driver. It will work on x64 editions of Windows but will not work with 64 bit applications.

- Scanning under the following conditions might result in the scanned image being distorted:
a) When "Original Scan Method" is set to "ADF" and "Read-ahead" is checked.
b) When "Original Size" is set to "Auto detect(Mixed-size)".
c) When "Col./Grad." is set to "8 Colors" or "8 Colors(Photo)".
d) In "Initial Settings", when "Binary/8 colors" is set to "Compression".
e) When a document with a larger paper size is set to be scanned on the ADF after a document with a smaller paper size is scanned.
- When scanning under the following conditions, the error "33376: Error has occurred in the scanner." might occur:
a) Set "X-Resolution" and "Y-Resolution" to 617 dpi.
b) Set "Original Size" to 289 mm.
- When using IC card authentication and starting the TWAIN driver from DeskTopBinder, after scanning the first document, subsequent scanning will fail.
- Support for the Portuguese orthography in the installer.

This package contains the files needed for installing the Printer Network TWAIN Scanner driver. If your computer is currently running an older version of this driver, updating may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Click the Download button and follow the steps for saving the package on your computer.
- Save all work in progress and close open applications.
- Note for .ZIP archives: Extract the file and enter the newly-created directory.
- Locate and run the available setup file.
- Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary).
- Read and agree with the License Agreement to proceed with the installation process.
- Follow the instructions displayed on-screen.
- Close the wizard and perform a system reboot to allow changes to take effect.
