- The available functions for the Canon PCL printer driver vary depending on the type of driver (PCL 5e/5c/6).
- If an optional external print server unit is connected to the printer you are using, use a printer driver with an asterisk after its name. Also, use a printer driver whose name matches that of the print server unit.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
