Fixes:
- Adds support for the Microsoft Windows Vista Multilingual User Interface (MUI) environment.
- Changes the text that is displayed in the Mobility Center tile drop-down list to avoid text being cut off (not visible).
- Fixes issue where WLAN device status is not updated when the Wireless button is pressed.
- Fixes issue where after replacing the WLAN card the WLAN device status is incorrect the first time.
