- The current version of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software is compatible with Novell Client for Windows XP/2000 versions 4.90 SP2 only.
- To use Nortel VPN Client you can either set up a user profile with Maintain connection on log off or an administrator profile with Pre-Logon Connect and Persistent Connection enabled in the same profile.
- A Roaming Identity must be used when either the "Prompt Each Time I Connect" or "Use the Following" is selected as the credentialing method in a PEAP or TTLS profile.
- When connecting to a profile with the "Prompt Each Time I Connect "credential method, the Roaming Identity label is dimmed. However, you are able to change the roaming identity.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
