For RTL8139C+:

For RTL8169/8110:
- Added RTL8169SB/8110SB PHY parameter's setting when driver initialize
- Set TCP_Largesend default to Enable
- Fixed the CAT6 cable unlink issue
- Fixed the CardBus PHY R/W issue (change to no delay R/W)

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
