Fixes:
This release enables WLAN channel support for some countries that were not supported in previous versions of software. For these countries, the country listed in the Information tab of the Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility may not match the OS locale. It also fixes a crackling sound when playing music.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed a wrong driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
