Intel Galileo Gen 2 Arduino Software Package 1.0.2

Resolved issues:

New Features:

- Adds support for the 2nd generation Intel Galileo board, also called Intel Galileo Gen 2.
- Added support for the Intel Galileo (Gen 2) Customer Reference Board (CRB).
- The Intel Quark BSP package version 1.0.1 is patched to update the build to OpenSSL 1.0.1h. This addresses security issues announced previously. We recommend updating both the host IDE software and the SD card runtime to address OpenSSL fixes and updating the firmware on the Galileo for consistency.
- Several fixes were incorporated into the Arduino core libraries.
- Described library support for tone() and pulseIn(), see below for details.

The software release supports the following Arduino libraries:

- SPI
- EEPROM
- UART
- GPIO
- Wi-Fi
- Servo
- USB Host

This package contains the files needed for installing the Arduino Software Package. If your computer is currently running an older version of this driver, updating may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Click the Download button and follow the steps for saving the package on your computer.
- Save all work in progress and close open applications.
- Note for .ZIP archives: Extract the file and enter the newly-created directory.
- Locate and run the available setup file.
- Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary).
- Read and agree with the License Agreement to proceed with the installation process.
- Follow the instructions displayed on-screen.
- Close the wizard and perform a system reboot to allow changes to take effect.
