Lenovo Thinkpad L520 Synaptics UltraNav Driver 16.2.19.2

Fixes:
- Added support for ThinkPad Twist.
- Disabled one finger scrolling feature by default on ThinkPad X1, X1 Hybrid, and X1 Carbon.
- Fixed an issue where the disabled setting for touchpad might be enabled when resuming from standby mode.
- Fixed an issue where Edge tap filtering might not work properly.
- Fixed an issue where Starting zone feature might not work with two finger touch simultaneously.
- Changed the model name from ThinkPad S230u to ThinkPad S230u Twist in the README document.

This package installs the Synaptics UltraNav Driver to enable the following device:
- Synaptics UltraNav Pointing Device

If this package has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) this package will fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions. This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.
