Fixes:
- As of SteelSeries Engine 3.2.4, devices that were supported by SteelSeries Engine 2 (and have been upgraded to SteelSeries Engine 3.2.4+) are now deactivated in SSE2, and are configurable through SSE3.
- Fixed an issue where the SteelSeries Engine 2 configuration window would always open on startup.
