Fixes:
- Fixes an intermittent issue where an external monitor that is set as Primary is inadvertently set to Secondary.
- Fixes an issue that occurs on notebooks running a multibyte version of Microsoft XP Professional where the Microsoft Internet Explorer home page is not correctly displayed when the QuickWeb button is pressed.
