Thrustmaster TH8 RS Shifter Driver 1.TH8RS.2014

Changes made in new driver version 2014_TH8RS_1:

- Added compatibility with the TH8A Shifter

Important:

- DO NOT CONNECT the TH8 Shifter to your PC before being prompted to do so.
- DO NOT CLICK in any Windows-specific panes that may appear during the update process.
- RESTART THE COMPUTER once the package setup is complete.

Installation:

- Save the downloadable file.
- Double-click the installation file (2014_TH8_1.exe) to proceed with the installation.
- Follow the instructions displayed onscreen.
- When done, select Start/All Programs/Thrustmaster/ TH8 Shifter /Control Panel.
- The Game Controllers dialog displays; the racing wheel appears onscreen with the name T500 RS Gear Shift and with the status indication OK
- In the Control Panel, click Properties to configure your shifter:
- You are now ready to race!

Calibration Software:

- An advanced calibration software application is also available in the "Software" section, enabling you to adjust electronic gear stroke settings and recalibrate the shifter as required.

Analog mode:

- The "ANALOG" tab is visible in the device's Control Panel. When checked, the axis located in the neutral row becomes a progressive axis, enabling you to emulate a Rally style handbrake (you can then pull the lever from position 3/4 to position 7/R to alter values progressively).
- PC compatible only
- Doesn't operate when the sequential shift plate is installed
- Can be calibrated as required using the calibration software

Important Note:

- When the "ANALOG" tab is checked, this setting is automatically saved to the shifter's internal memory; to revert to the H (7+1) or Sequential (-/+) modes, or to connect the device to a PlayStation 3, the tab must be unchecked.
