This firmware release, combined with iOS app v1.2.9 or Android app v1.2.9, fixes a number of bugs and enables an optional Media Server library, which allows the Voyager Air to communicate with devices that are compatible with DLNA, and that is controlled using the Web Browser interface.

To install the firmware update, copy the file “VoyagerAir-1.2.8.pkg” to the home/root directory on your Voyager Air drive. Start the drive (making sure it is plugged in), and use Settings in the Voyager Air app to initiate the update.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available. Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest drivers, software and games. Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed a wrong driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
