As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we have made available the latest firmware update for Seagate Barracuda hard drives. This update is designed to enhance the handling of the cache flushing process as well as the stability of the initial communication setup process.
The update program will search for every hard drive connected to the system and will install the new firmware on every hard drive that requires it. The new firmware revision will be 3.05.
