- On the SHIELD Android TV Pro 500GB edition, two steps of the flash process may take a very long time.
- The first time you apply a custom OS image, you must execute fastboot oem unlock which securely erases the user data partition and can take up to two hours.
- Additional, each time the user data partition is flashed with fastboot flash userdata userdata.img it must be erased which can take up to an hour.
