By default some cards may allow you to adjust fanspeeds from 40-85% in EVGA Precision and other software. The EVGA Fanspeed Unlocker allows you to adjust your card from 30-100%, for greater flexibility in fan control.

Essentially the EVGA Fanspeed Unlocker updates the cards firmware. This means that this update is attached to the card, no matter where it goes. If you update the driver, the EVGA Fanspeed Unlocker is still applied. These updates will also apply the latest firmware updates, which may or may not have other updates.

If your card is not listed, chances are it has the EVGA Fanspeed Unlocker is already applied, if this is not the case please leave a comment below and we can work on adding support to your card.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest drivers, software and games.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed a wrong driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
