Fixes:
- Change default SSID to“dlink”.
- Change configuration file extension from CFG to DCF.
- Add Super G enable/disable in AP Repeater mode.
- Add SSID broadcast enable/disable in AP Repeater mode.
- Add manager IP filter support.
- Add WMM support.
