Fixes:
- Fixed DUT can not connect RootAP at all security mode (Repeater/Hotspot).
- Fixed when setting ssid with special character by QRS mobile, mdns not to crash.
- Fixed to enable MAC Address Filter to make DUT to disable WPS function automatically, but there is no message to tell the user that DUT will turn off WPS function when MAC Adress Filter is enabled.
- Fixed DUT failed to delete the new user.
- Fixed HNAP Site Survey Response tag spelling error.
- Fixed when wan is connected, DUT always redirect to setup wizard when it’s factory default.
- Fixed Under IE9, Web UI would pop up "Create Folder" and "Upload File" screen when read only user selects "New Folder" and "Upload" button
