AirPrint firmware updater will upgrade your printer's firmware to version 2.000. A USB cable & a computer are needed to perform this upgrade. If your printer's firmware is already Version 2.000 or later, an update is not needed. Firmware version 2.000 supports AppleAirPrint.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
