This is a self-extracting zipped file. It contains an .iso file and an .exe file. Execute the .exe file to create a bootable floppy, or use your CD burn program to create a bootable CD from the .iso image. Please note that one empty CD-R(W) will be required. Boot the system from either the created floppy or CD and follow the instructions on screen.
