This BIOS is provided in 2 formats : a .exe file to flash your BIOS with a floppy disk, and a .iso to use a CD instead. You can use whichever is more convenient for you.

1. for the .exe file :
1. Once the file is downloaded, execute it and follow the onscreen instructions. It will build a bootable floppy.
2. Boot on this floppy to flash the BIOS.
2. for the .iso file :
1. Once the file is downloaded, burn it to a blank CD-RW in "ISO image" mode.
2. Boot on this CD to flash the BIOS.
