This package provides an update to the System BIOS. The update installs on supported notebook models using a supported Microsoft Windows Operating System. A reboot is required to complete the installation.
Fixes:
- Fixes an intermittent issue where using the keyboard to type a character causes the character to be repeatedly displayed.
- Fixes an intermittent issue where the HP Support Assistant battery check tool incorrectly displays a message to replace the secondary battery.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
