1.Fixed the issue that the transmission speed is too low while downloading image file(Ghost) from the server with some SATA ports.
2.Fixed full screen logo show abnormal with some VGA cards.
3.Fixed USB KB can't work after define "SMI_IN_BOOTBLOCK", "USB_SUPPORT_IN_BOOTBLOCK"
4.Fixed issue that it cant resume from D3 state by USB KB.
