Fixes:
1. DF344982: PK-U:show garbage on Media Center window frame when use different size of memory.
2. DF349345: PK-U:it will show garbage when open more solitaire games w/different size memory.
3. Fix some keys on internal KB lose function while perform Delldiag Video test.
4. Not to power on when lid close.
5. Modify SMBus read-block function for stability.
