14 DAY TRIAL // Western Digital has announced the availability of a new firmware update targeted at some of its My Cloud devices, namely version 2.11.163 compatible with My Cloud Mirror, EX2, and EX4 models, which manages to resolve a few critical security vulnerabilities.
To benefit from this improvement, simply save the downloadable .bin package, log into the device’s dashboard, go to Settings > Firmware Update > Manual Update, and click the “Update From File” button.
