A few moments ago, Samsung has released a new firmware package developed for its NX mini smart camera, namely version 1.04, which includes several changes that will improve the device’s overall stability and compatibility.

Specifically speaking, this fresh update improves the camera’s video quality, adds compatibility with new memory cards, and resolves an error regarding the hand shaking icon display.

In addition to that, firmware 1.04 also fixes the Halt issue encountered while the 9-27mm lens were working, modifies the smartphone transferring image size from default to original size, and resolves the time display problem in RAW+ format capture as well as several other bugs.

If you intend to apply this release, download the firmware file onto the root folder of an empty memory card, make sure the NX camera is powered off, and insert the SD card into the device.

Now, go to Menu → Settings → Device Information → Firmware Update → Body Firmware, wait for the camera to recognize the new software, choose “Yes” at the “Body Upgrade?” message, and allow the device to apply the update.

When the installation finishes, the NX mini will automatically power off – simply remove the SD card, turn the camera back on, and check the currently installed firmware to ensure the upgrade has been successful.

That being said, download Samsung NX Mini Smart Camera Firmware 1.04, take into account all aforementioned aspects, apply the new version, and check with our website constantly to stay “updated one minute ago.”
