14 DAY TRIAL // Firmware version 1.02 is now ready for download and use with Pioneer DDJ-RR and DDJ-RB DJ Controllers. The new firmware should fix the problems caused by the improper working of BACKSPIN LENGTH feature.
Also, version 1.02 brings additional fixes for DDJ-RB model. The information about the mono/stereo switching of master output, master output peak limiter and MIC output peak limiter settings in the utility mode are now correctly sent to the rekordbox.
The update is available for both Windows and MAC operating systems, and the installation process doesn't require too much time to do it.
For the beginning, you have to download the .zip file and extract it to some place on your computer. After that, connect the DJ controller to your computer using the USB cable and activate the update mode by simultaneously pressing the [POWER], [SHIFT] and [SYNC] buttons on DDJ-RR or just the [SHIFT] and [SYNC] buttons on the DDJ-RB.
Next, double-click the extracted file to activate the update program. Select the language you want to use, press [OK], then click [START] to initialize the update process. When the progress bar reaches the right end and the update is complete, reboot your DJ controller.
