Today, coinciding with the arrival of Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system, NVIDIA has rolled out two new driver versions, namely 353.62 and 341.74, which ensure compatibility with this latest platform for quite all of NVIDIA’s GPU models.

In order to be clear, the producer has provided the aforementioned versions for both GeForce and Quadro graphics drivers. However, the 341.74 legacy build only adds Windows 10 support for older NVIDIA chipset models.

When it comes to changes, the present updates should fix an issue where cursor wouldn’t properly track the mouse in Windows 10, and resolve the streaming problem (from PC to NVIDIA SHIELD) where the mouse would be visible only on PC.

Moreover, starting or switching tasks in apps and games with G-sync enabled won’t encounter any delay whatsoever, and Sony Vegas Pro 13 crashes will be history. Still, bear in mind that not all these changes apply to each and every configuration, so make sure to read the Release Notes.

As for compatibility, GeForce packages are suitable for Microsoft’s Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 OSes, both bit variants (version 341.74 doesn’t support XP platforms), while Quadro 341.74 is only to be applied on Windows 10 operating system.

Last but not least, NVIDIA’s Quadro 353.62 release is also targeted at the same platforms as the GeForce 341.74 package, only this one includes support for the 64-bit architectures of Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 as well.

Therefore, follow the links below and make sure that your GPU is supported by NVIDIA’s update, save the appropriate one for your OS and bit version, apply it, and enjoy the new experience of Windows 10.
