NVIDIA has just pushed out a new GeForce graphics driver, namely version 355.83, which fixes a certain bug spotted on system configurations including an older GPU model and fewer than 4 display heads.

In addition to that, just like the previous NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 355.78 made available a few days ago, build 355.83 also provides beta support for VR developers using Oculus 0.7 SDK, and it is recommended that these users upgrade to the present release.

When it comes to compatibility, NVIDIA’s update is suitable for both 32- and 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems. Still, there isn’t any information regarding which GPU models are supported by this new version.

Considering all of the above, if you intend to upgrade your graphics chipset, save the proper executable for your system’s platform and bit architecture, run it, and wait for all files required for the installation to be extracted.

Afterwards, simply follow all instructions displayed in order to successfully install version 355.83. Also, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to make sure all changes take effect properly.

That being said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 355.83, apply it on your computer, and constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
