Intel has just rolled out a new Iris and HD Graphics Driver compatible with the 64-bit variants of Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 OSes, namely version 20.19.15.4539 beta, which should resolve some gameplay issues with BattleField 1 and Fifa 17 titles.

Specifically speaking, this build fixes Battlefield 1 video freeze events spotted when loading scenes on Windows 10 Anniversary Update, as well as Fifa 17 missing player heads encountered in The Journey on Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Windows 8.1 platforms.

However, Intel highlights that it provides its 4539 update as a beta test driver, and should be used at your own discretion. Also, take into account that this driver is not certified by Microsoft and will generate a warning when installing.

Considering these aspects, if you want to apply this package, save and extract the downloadable archive, locate and run the available setup file, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Last but not least, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically, make sure to carry it out manually.

That said, download Intel Iris/HD Graphics Driver 20.19.15.4539 Beta 64-bit, apply it to benefit from these new changes, and constantly check our website to stay up to speed with the latest releases.
