NVIDIA has rolled out a new GeForce graphics package targeted at several of its GPU models, namely version 385.41, which removes NVIDIA Tray icon from Windows task manager, thus improving GeForce Experience 3.9 and later.

In addition to that, the release improves the gaming experience for Destiny 2 PC Open Beta, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, ARK: Survival Evolved, F1 2017, Pro Evolution Soccer 2018, and Quake Champions Early Access games.

Moving forward, NVIDIA also fixes the frame rate drop spotted when playing Quantum Break on GeForce GTX 970 systems, adds Whisper Mode profiles for F1 2017 and Destiny 2 (Beta), as well as new SLI profiles for certain titles.

Considering these aspects, download the appropriate package suitable for your computer, close all programs and processes that might interfere with the upgrade, run the newly-saved executable, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Take into account that NVIDIA has provided several downloadable files compatible with both 32- and 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 platforms (either desktop or notebook configurations).

That said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 385.41, apply it, make sure to perform a reboot so that all changes can take effect properly, and check back with us as often as possible to be aware when a newer version is available for download.
