Intel has announced the availability of the 19.20.0 PROSet/Wireless version targeted at most of its network adapters, which includes drivers-only and drivers-with Intel WiFi software, as well as installation packages desired by IT administrators.

Specifically speaking, the present update is compatible with the producer’s Wireless-N 7260 and 7265 adapters, Dual Band Wireless-N and Wireless-AC 7260/7265 controllers, as well as with the Tri-Band Wireless-AC 17265 and 18260 network devices.

In addition to that, version 19.20.0 can also be applied to configurations including one of Intel’s Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160, 3165, 3168, 8260, and 8265 components.

Last but not least, the producer’s Centrino Wireless-N 105, 135, and 2230 single band adapters, Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 dual band devices, and Advanced-N 6205 (for Desktop) and 6235 dual band models are also compatible with this release.

When it comes to compatibility, the 19.20.0 drivers can be applied to system configurations powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 platforms, either 32- or 64-bit variants. Bear in mind that Windows 8-compatible files aren’t available.

As for installation, simply save the appropriate package for your computer, unzip it if necessary, run the available executable, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen. Also, don’t forget to perform a reboot upon completion.
