Intel has made available a new version of its HD Graphics package, namely the 20.19.15.4501 driver, which adds Unify colors for different panels and support for 5K3K panel with content protection for both Overlay and non-Overlay drivers.

In addition to that, the present update includes 6th-gen camera pipe Windows 7 support, allows 3 DVI/HDMI displays on 6th-gen processors and x2 DP mode for type-C systems, and implements a new LACE (Local Adaptive Contrast Enhancement) feature.

Moreover, Intel also improves the DX12 performance for some benchmarks, allows selecting which outputs to be active when more compatible displays are available, and synchronizes the operating system and driver gamma values.

Last but not least, build 4501 implements a fix in the OGL component to resolve TDR seen when running 3D-CAD application “FJICAD/SX,” enables Dithering for eDP, and removes the bug that prevented the display from switching back to LCD-only in certain situations.

In terms of compatibility, the producer has provided 2 downloadable archives suitable for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, one for each 32- and 64-bit architectures. Also, your configurations must include a 4th, 5th, or 6th generation supported CPU.

With this in mind, download Intel HD Graphics Driver 20.19.15.4501, unzip and run the available setup file, perform a reboot upon completion, and enjoy these new changes. Also, check back with us as often as possible to stay “updated one minute ago.”
