In addition to that, the current release also fixes the JSONP Information Disclosure (CVE-2017-5892) and Samba remote code execution (CVE-2017-7494) vulnerabilities and resolves issues regarding USB Modem/ Tethering UI, URL filter, the keyword filter, and network filter time.

Regarding installation, just save and unzip the downloadable archive, establish a wired connection between the router and a computer, log into its administration page, and backup all settings changes from the default values.
Afterward, go to the Firmware Upgrade section, hit “Browse,” navigate and select the newly extracted .trx firmware file, click “Upload,” and wait for the router to transfer the update, and then apply this new firmware.
