AMD has announced the availability of a new version for its FirePro and Radeon Pro graphics driver, namely 18.Q2, which provides enterprise-level support for Microsoft’s Windows 10 April 2018 Update operating system.

In addition to that, the current release also improves compatibility between Radeon Pro Overlay and clone mode with 2 displays, as well as fixes display issues spotted when creating full screen 3x2 AMD Eyefinity Pro display configuration.

When it comes to supported components, AMD’s update is suitable for its FirePro W and S series, Radeon Pro WX series, Radeon Pro SSG and Duo model, Radeon Vega Frontier Edition card, as well as for certain Dell and HP mobile products (the complete list is highlighted in the Release Notes below).

As for compatible operating systems, version 18.Q2 is targeted at workstations running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, either 32- or 64-bit architectures.

Now, if your configuration is supported, save and run the downloadable executable, wait for it to extract all required files for this installation, and close all programs and processes that might interfere with the upgrade.

Afterward, just follow all instructions for a complete and successful installation. Also, once finished, don’t forget to perform a system reboot (either manually or automatically) to allow all changes to take effect properly.

That said, download AMD FirePro/Radeon Pro Enterprise Graphics Driver 18.Q2, apply it to improve your computer’s overall performance and stability, and constantly check our website to be up to speed with the latest releases.
