AMD has announced the availability of its new 18.4.1 Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition Graphics driver that adds support for Windows 10 April 2018 Update and resolves menu flickering seen in Sea of Thieves on multi GPU enabled system configurations.

In addition to that, this update fixes Call of Duty: World War II corruptions (on some Radeon RX 400 series cards), World of Final Fantasy water textures, Stellaris hangs (on loading screens), as well as issues with Radeon ReLive “Instant Replay” feature.

Besides the improvements mentioned above, AMD’s update might still experience certain issues with Rise of the Tomb Raider, World Of Tanks, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Destiny 2, Eyefinity, Radeon Overlay, and Netflix.

When it comes to installation, the producer has provided four packages compatible with both 32- and 64-bit variants of Windows 7 and 10 platforms, as well as a minimal setup utility file that automatically downloads and installs the required AMD driver components.

Therefore, download AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition Graphics Driver 18.4.1 for your specific OS, remove any previous version (if present), run the package, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen.
