Here the day is coming to an end and it's time to list today's hefty BIOS pick list. It's been a fruitful spring day and we're happy to be able to bring you a lot of software.

Unquestionably, today's headline comes from Asrock: almost all the motherboards based on the Intel H61 chipset have received new BIOS, enabling them to accommodate the new 22nm CPUs which will soon fill the stores' shelves.

Next in line are the (already usual) BIOSes for two HP notebooks and a Lenovo workstation, the ThinkCentre Edge 71. Closing today's list are no less than 5 motherboards manufactured by SupreMicro. Here is the BIOS of the Day for March 15:

Asrock H61M-VS R2.0 Bios 2.10 Asrock H61M-PS Bios 1.40 Asrock H61M-ITX Bios 1.60 Asrock H61M-HVS Bios 1.90 Asrock H61M-HVGS Bios 1.70 Asrock H61M-HGS Bios 1.50 Asrock H61M-GE Bios 1.70 Asrock H61DEL Bios 1.70 Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 71 BIOS HP G3000 Notebook BIOS F.24 A for XP/Vista x32 HP G3000EA Notebook BIOS F.24 A for XP/Vista x32 SuperMicro X8DTH-6 / X8DTH-6F / X8DTH-i / X8DTH-iF BIOS R 2.1a SuperMicro X7SBi BIOS R 2.0b SuperMicro X8SIA / X8SIA-F BIOS R 1.2 SuperMicro X8DTS-F BIOS R 2.0c SuperMicro X8DTU-6F+ / X8DTU-6TF+ BIOS R 2.1b

As both hardware and software evolve, old BIOSes might become unstable or simply prevent you from using your computer to its full potential.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to always use the most recent BIOS version available. Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest BIOS files.
