14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung has made available a new firmware package compatible with its NX2000 camera models, namely version 1.18, which improves compatibility with 50-150mm-S lens and resolves various other bugs.
In order to apply this release on your imaging device, save and unzip the downloadable package, format a compatible memory card using the NX unit, and transfer the “nx2000.bin” file onto the card’s root folder.
Afterwards, insert the SD card into the camera’s slot, power it on, and go to Menu > Settings > Device Information, select Firmware Update, then Body Firmware Update, and confirm your choice using the “Yes” option.
