Qualcomm has just unveiled its 1.1.53.1479 Killer suite that includes drivers for Killer Wireless-AC, Killer Wireless-N, and Killer E2200, and adds several BWC Filter fixes for stability and performance.

In addition to that, the present release also updates the compatible network adapters to the latest driver versions, such as 11.0.0.558 for Wireless-AC 1525 and 1535 devices, or 8.1.0.25 for its Killer E2200 adapter.

Moreover, the producer has added the “Throughput/Latency” toggle option in Wireless panel for 1525 and 1535 units, adjusted text location on Application page for the Title feature (prevents text from getting cut off), and fixed an issue with Network Manager that wouldn’t start or scale properly.

In terms of compatibility, version 1.1.53.1479 can be applied on system configurations including a supported Killer network controller and that are powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7 or 8.1 operating systems (either bit variant).

As for installation, simply save and run the downloadable package, and follow all instructions displayed on screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Last but not least, upon completion, if the wizard doesn’t request permission to reboot your computer, it would be a good idea to perform this task manually. This will make sure all changes take effect properly.
