Today, Panasonic has rolled out firmware version 11.0728 developed for its LUMIX CM1 Smart Camera (DMC-CM1), which enables the enlarged display to turn on or off at the MF adjustment screen, as well as applies other changes.

This fresh update adds the Timelapse app that allows users to take photos at set intervals and create a single motion picture, includes Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Swedish, and Indonesian language settings, and it also applies performance and functional improvements and various bug fixes.

When it comes to installing this update, you must be aware that there are two downloadable files available: one for upgrading from Panasonic DMC-CM1 Firmware 11.0709, and one for cameras running firmware version 11.0690.

Now, save the proper downloadable archive depending on your currently installed build, copy it onto an empty microSD card, make sure the Lumix unit is fully charged, and insert the memory card into the camera’s slot.

After the new version is recognized, go to Home > Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Update from microSD, agree with all pop-up messages, and wait for the device to do its job. Upon completion, the Lumix unit will automatically turn on.

With this in mind, download Panasonic DMC-CM1 Camera Firmware 11.0728, take into account all above-described aspects, carefully upgrade your device, and check our website as often as possible to be aware when a newer version is available.
