Known for its TTL (Through The Lens) transceiver flashes, PHOTTIX has just outed a new firmware package targeted at the Mitros+ for Nikon device, namely version 1.05, which includes several changes that improve the unit’s overall stability and usability.

Specifically speaking, this new release optimizes manual power levels when shooting in Strato II Rx and Odin Rx Manual modes, adjusts Mitros+ Odin Tx mode when Channel 4 is used, and resolves issues encountered with Odin Tx and OP Tx modes, as well as with auto zoom functions.

In addition to that, PHOTTIX’s latest update enhances LCD display, Odin A: B Ratio mode control, and shutter speeds, and improves the Mitros+ when in Odin Tx mode regarding compatibility with flashes mounted on an Odin Receiver, as well as with the Odin Rx mode.

If firmware 1.05 is applied, the 18-24 zoom issues encountered due to the poor connection between the camera and the flash are now fixed, and the FV Lock problems spotted when the Mitros+ is in Odin Tx or OP Tx mode are also resolved.

Moreover, the new update optimizes the “C.Fn 04” and “C.Fn 13” slave flash beep functions, as well as the audible button feedback while configuring flash settings.

Therefore, if you want to make use of all these fresh changes, download PHOTTIX Mitros+ TTL Flash for Nikon Firmware 1.05, apply it on your device, and enjoy your newly-improved camera.
