Intel has just announced the availability of PROSet/Wireless version 17.13.11 suitable for most of its network adapters, which includes download options for driver-only, as well as driver-with WiFi Software.

Intel’s files can be applied on both 32- and 64-bit architectures of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems, but only if a compatible adapter is present within the computer’s configuration.

To be more specific, this release is targeted at the producer’s Wireless-N 7260 and 7265, Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 and 7265, as well as at Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160, 7260, and 7265 devices.

As for Centrino owners, version 17.13.11 can be installed on Advanced-N 6205 and 6235, Ultimate-N 6300, as well as Wireless-N 105, 135, and 2230 Centrino adapter models.

When it comes to the available packages, Intel has provided its users with 6 drivers-only and 6 drivers-with WiFi software packages (one for each OS and bit version), for common users who don’t need advanced tools.

In addition to that, for IT Administrators, the producer has also outed 6 drivers-only archives, a drivers-with WiFi software zip file for each bit architecture, as well as a bundle package that includes all files described above (use a download manager to get these files).

That being said, either download Intel PROSet/Wireless Driver 17.13.11 or download Intel PROSet/Wireless Driver 17.13.11 for IT Administrators, depending on your needs and system configuration, apply it, and don’t forget to reboot your computer afterwards.
